Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. From time to time, due to high volume of orders or situations outside of our control we may extend

order processing times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   We use Royal Mail second class as our standard shipping option which will automatically be applied when you check out. Other options are available to select when you checkout or please contact us by emailing if you have a specific request not covered by our standard services. Free shipping on UK orders over £30. Items will be shipped using Royal Mail Second class postal service.


Local delivery 

Free local delivery is available for orders within 5 kilometres of GU8 4SD. This option will be automatically applied when you checkout if you are eligible.  Deliveries are made from 10am-2pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify of your delivery day and again on the day of arrival. 


Doorstep collection


You can skip the shipping fees with free doorstep collection from Chiddingfold, Surrey. Just select the ‘Collect from Chiddingfold’ option when you checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with collection instructions. 

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping on request. Please complete an enquiry form before placing your order to receive an estimate for the cost of shipping.  Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Surrey Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming the date of dispatch and the method used.   If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


We accept returns on non-personalised items up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
